University of Lincoln appoints Professor Mary Stuart as new Vice Chancellor

Professor Mary Stuart has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor at the University of Lincoln. She will be taking over the role from the current Vice Chancellor Professor David Chiddick, who will retire in December.

N’Guessan out, Heath in at Sincil Bank

It’s been a busy day at Sincil Bank. Not only is it the club’s 125th birthday, but the Imps have lost Dany N’Guessan to Leicester City and signed Nottingham Forest left back Joe Heath on a six-month loan.

University launches new faculty at Lincolnshire Show

The University of Lincoln is launching today a new faculty of Agriculture, Food and Animal Science today at the Lincolnshire Show. Invited guests and visitors to the University’s marquee will hear the university’s Vice Chancellor, Professor David Chiddick, officially announcing the faculty.

Lee Beevers joins Colchester

Lincoln City defender Lee Beevers becomes the second player in two days to leave Sincil Bank. He follows former striker Adrian Patulea in rejecting a new contract at Sincil Bank to ply his trade in League One.

Adrian Patulea departs Lincoln City

Fans’ favourite Adrian Patulea has left Lincoln to join League One side Leyton Orient. The Romanian striker turned down the offer of a new contract at Sincil Bank at the end of last season and will link up with his new team mates on the 1st July.
