Welsh rockers Lostprophets have announced they will be appearing at Lincoln’s Engine Shed next month.

The four piece, due to set to the stage on November 21st, are set to release a new album, ‘The Betrayed’ in January 2010. This will add to their discography of three award-winning studio albums.

Lostprophets are well known for their success with winning awards. To date, the band have won nine Kerrang! Awards, six Pop Factory Awards and an NME award.

The band have also had three line-up changes since starting in 1997. Current members include Ian Watkins (vocals), Lee Gaze (lead guitar), Mike Lewis (rhythm guitar), Stuart Richardson (bass), Jamie Oliver (synth, turntables, samples, backing vocals) and Luke Johnson (drums).

Tickets for the event go on sale at the Engine Shed box office from 9am on October 8th and cost £22.50. Doors open at 6.30pm. This event is for over 16s only.
