Germany beat Ghana 1-0 to finish top of Group D, while England had to settle for second place in Group C despite beating Slovenia by the same score.

“It’s going to be special, there is so much history between us,” said Loew.

I am very pleased with the team’s performance yesterday, and more especially the coach, loew, he was awesome. Germany portrays lots of love and is no different on the pitch. I wish you best in the rest of the game and hope we meet again in the finals- where we would joyfully lift it for the first time.
