Lincoln City secured the Sky Bet League Two title on Saturday after drawing 0-0 with an inform Tranmere Rovers side.
The title was captured after both Mk Dons and Mansfield failed to win meaning that no team could mathematically catch the Imps.
Lincoln Fans were understandably joyous as they stormed the pitch after the final whistle.
