The University of Lincoln awarded on Friday 9th May the prizes for the winners of the survey they initiated earlier this year. The draw for the Unit Satisfaction Survey (Semester A Units) was held at the Siren FM studios on Tuesday 6th May.
Senior Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Mike Saks, Dep Academic Registrar, Chris Spendlove, and SU President Mike Beddoes were interviewed by Andrew David and drew the winning names.

Buying a ticket for a concert is not what it used to be, many will agree. Tickets are limited, new music is a bigger industry than ever before and age restrictions have been lowered - there are even festivals devoted to under 18's. Many will turn to eBay to buy their tickets, and why not?

Local MP Gillian Merron visited the University today to take questions from students; all diverse and covering a lot of issues affecting students today. Gillian, the Labour MP for Lincoln since 1997, knows how hard it is for women to make it in politics. Questions put to her were centered on exploring the representation of women in politics.

The face that emerged from this year's elections is Daniel Hutchinson. He worked his way up with a decent manifesto and a subtle campaign, and as a bit of an extra, with his old school conservative dress sense. Still, Daniel went under heavy criticism from many members of the student body.
