Russell Downing retains Lincoln Cycling GP crown

Russell Downing secured a thrilling victory in the 54th Lincoln Grand Prix. It’s the Rotherham Riders’ third Lincoln Grand Prix win after winning titles in 2005 and 2008 as well.
