Law Lecturer in the United States

The Head of the University of Lincoln’s Law School delivered a lecture in the United States earlier this month. Duncan French’s talk, delivered on October 5, was titled “Good Governance: Environmental Rights as Citizen Rights.” In partnership with the Lincoln Cathedral, the presentation was part of the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta celebrations.

A new disease discovered in various parts of Britain could pose a threat to Lincolnshire’s trees unless the Government proposes better research and more funding into the prevention of new pests and diseases in the UK.

The Tories couldn’t field a representative at the green debate at the University of Lincoln on April 22nd, where two of Lincoln’s PPCs discussed green policy.

University of Lincoln takes steps to become more eco-friendly

The university has received an award for using an innovative recycling scheme, and is working on other projects to improve its poor environmental performance.
