As part of the student night at Sincil Bank, students with a valid NUS card can watch Lincoln take on Rochdale on Friday 10th October for £5.00 including a free pint.
Marketing manager James Lazenby has organised the event and hopes it will be as popular as it has been in previous years.
He said: “Thanks to permission from The Football League, student radio station Siren FM will be reporting live from the match and we are working closely with the university and Bishop Grosseteste to promote the event over the coming weeks.
“This will be the third year running, and following feedback we’ve now made it easier for students to take up this offer by making the tickets available to purchase on the night of match.”
Students must produce their NUS card at the Lincoln City ticket office and will be given a special drinks voucher which entitles them to a pint of Foster’s lager, Marston’s Smooth, lemonade or Pepsi in the Trust Suite from 6pm until 7.30pm prior to the evening kick-off at 7.45pm.
Whilst tickets are only available for the Stacey West Stand, James agrees that it’s an opportunity not to be missed.
“We’re expecting a big crowd so it should be a good atmosphere, so hopefully it’ll be an entertaining match.”
WIN FREE TICKETS TO ANY LINCOLN CITY HOME GAME
Lincoln City are offering University of Lincoln students the chance to see the Imps for free.
The Linc have teamed up with Lincoln City Football Club to offer a pair of free tickets for any home game at Sincil Bank this season. League Two competitors, Lincoln City, currently sit 19th in their league but with the latest signing of Romanian Adrian Patulea over the summer and manager Peter Jackson’s contract extended for a further two years, the Imps are still hoping for a play-off place at the end of the season.
To enter the competition, simply leave your name and email address to be entered into a prize draw. Good luck!
