It has been announced today that The Cribs will be coming to the Engine Shed later this year.

The indie band will play at the Engine Shed on October  3rd, and give the audience a taste of their fourth studio album, which is yet to be named.

The four-piece group shot to fame in 2007 when their third album, ‘Mens Needs, Womens Needs, Whatever’ hit the charts. They went on to achieve chart success, with singles from the album gaining the UK top 30. Last December the band released a DVD showcasing their live preformances. The Cribs recently added guitarist Johnny Marr, formerly of the Smiths, to their lineup.

The Cribs are no strangers to the Engine Shed, having visited twice before, most notably when they headlined the NME Tour February 2008.

Tickets go on sale May 15th for £14. Doors open at 6.30pm, and is for over 16s only.
