The Imps' match against Dagenham at Sincil Bank was postponed on Saturday.

Lincoln City face yet another re-arranged fixture after their League Two clash against Dagenham & Redbridge was postponed yesterday due to a frozen pitch at Sincil Bank.

Despite groundstaff applying blowers to the playing surface, a frozen section in front of the South Park stand meant referee Scott Mathieson was forced into calling the game off at around 12pm.

Chris Sutton’s men are already preparing for a gruelling eight-match schedule in February after matches against Hereford, Darlington and Accrington Stanley all fell victim to freezing weather conditions in late December and January.

The Imps’ February fixtures are as follows:

Tue 2: Hereford United (a)

Sat 6: Chesterfield (a)

Tue 9:  Darlington (a)

Sat 13: Rotherham (h)

Tue 16: Accrington Stanley (h)

Sat 20: Grimsby Town (a)

Tue 23: Port Vale (a)

Sat 27: Crewe Alexandra (h)

The re-arranged date for the match against Dagenham is yet to be announced.
