British-born The Vaccines are another band set to perform at the Engine Shed later on this year.

Having recently returned from playing two sets at Glastonbury, the band will perform at the Engine Shed on Thursday, November 24th. The band has had countless success after only forming in 2010 and have recently been announced as the support act for The Arctic Monkey’s upcoming tour.

The band released their first demo single “If You Wanna” in 2010, and after also being nominated for an MTV award and coming 3rd in the BBC Sound of 2011, their new tour will see them perform some new material and tracks from their current album “What did you expect from The Vaccines?” which was released in March this year.

The album peaked to number 4 in the UK charts and has had similar success in countries around the world.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 1st July and are available to purchase from the Engine Shed Box office priced at £15 plus booking fees. The gig is strictly 14 years or older.
