Lincoln City have added experience to their midfield as Paul Turnbull, who has signed on loan from Northampton, will stay at the Imps until the end of the season.
The midfielder has played 150 times in three spells at Stockport County and graduated from their academy.
His most recent period at the Hatters was earlier this season, and even scored at The 12th Imp Sincil Bank Stadium during their 3-3 draw.
Manager David Holdsworth said: “He’s a good player, a solid person and a good character. I’m delighted to have him at the club.”
He continued: “We’ve had Mo Fofana and Gary Mills out with injury. The texture of our midfield has slightly changed. I just think we need new legs in there.”
Turnbull has been handed the number 35 shirt and is available for the match against Forest Green on Saturday, January 26th, 2013.
