Lincoln United have signed ex-Grantham Town FC goalkeeper Jake Turner and he is expected to be in the first team this weekend.
Turner has made 26 appearances for Grantham this season which includes a 2-1 friendly win against the Whites in July.
Grantham Town, in the Evo-stick League Premier division are sitting in 17th place having conceded 32 goals so far.
However, the Whites will be hoping that Turner will be able to improve their defence which is making a slow recovery following their 3-0 defeat to Spennymoor Town in October.
Sam Wilkinson’s side are in action against AFC Rushden and Diamonds tomorrow in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy. Kick-off is at 3pm.
