“Choose Life, choose Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and hope that someone, somewhere cares.”
20 years ago a film was released which has since seen a massive cult following. Danny Boyle has revived one of his biggest films and Trainspotting 2 is hitting our screens early next year.
Renton, Sickboy, Spud and Begbie are back, getting the gang back together after 20 years apart. The film is speculated to loosely follow the Irvine Walsh sequel Porno, which follows the group as they attempt to break into the adult film industry.
A trailer was released today giving us the first glimpse into what the follow up has in store. Once again we hear Ewan McGregor’s familiar voice and familiar monologue, but slightly changed.
“Choose Life, choose Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and hope that someone, somewhere cares.”
So it seems that T2 is going to be just like the original, full of sex, drugs and bad life choices.
Film will be released on January 27, 2017 in the UK and February 3 in the U.S and you can check out the new trailer bellow.
