The University of Lincoln has reached two top ten positions for student satisfaction in this year’s WhatUni Student Choice Awards.
In the survey – which saw students give their university experience an overall rating from 1 to 5 – Lincoln reached third place and ninth place in the postgraduate and international categories respectively.
Elly Sample, Director of Communications, Development and Marketing at the university, said: “We are delighted to receive such a resounding vote of approval from our students.
“The opinions of our students are very important to us. Indeed, students are engaged at all levels at the University of Lincoln. They sit on the key decision making committees, they help to shape courses, sit on interview panels and have the opportunity to work with leading researchers in the creation of knowledge.”
The news comes after two other student surveys placed Lincoln in the top ten for student satisfaction, with the 2016 National Student Survey and The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2017 giving the university high rankings in this area.
Now in its fourth year, the WhatUni Student Choice Awards saw 26,205 reviews submitted for the awards ceremony and university rankings, with 127 institutions included on the ratings.
