The Platform Bar was transformed into a catwalk last night, in preparation for a student fashion show.
The sold-out event, hosted by second year Event Management students, was set up to raise money for The University of Lincoln Christian Union.
Guests were treated to a stunning collection of garments, exclusively designed by students from the university.
Models took to the runway, showcasing everything the fashion department has been getting up to this semester.
The creations varied from the wild to the wonderful, with an array of revamped shirts, patchwork dresses and hats reminiscent of royal wedding classics.
Particular favourites from the evening included a tailored cropped blouse with tiny pockets and a mesmerising geometric mushroom hat.
The night was everything you could have asked for, with a spellbinding live performance from local band The Set and an atmosphere on par with those subterranean London bars on your late-night lust-list.
With affordable tickets and a raffle in the intermission, the audience no doubt got their money’s worth, with some actually leaving with far more than they arrived with.
In a Facebook statement published later in the evening, it was announced that the event had raised a total of £491.
Proceeds will be donated to The ULCU in support of their water station service, which they provide once a month after Quack.
