The 90’s and 00’s acts will combine for a night of entertainment on Saturday 26th May titled as ‘Pop Mania’. Tickets go on sale tomorrow for what is sure to be a fantastic night of throwbacks at the Engine Shed!
The Engine Shed is set to host the two acts, alongside the ‘Bring it all Back’ DJ’s, which have made regular appearances at the SU’s venue over the past few years.
911 were hugely popular in the 90’s with such singles as ‘Bodyshakin’ and ‘Party people’.
Meanwhile, Blazin’ Squad were more recently in the spotlight, hitting the charts in the 2000’s with the classic ‘Crossroads’. Blazin’ Squad have made a recent resurgence into popularity with the younger generation after singer Marcel Somerville appeared on Love Island over the summer of 2017.
The singer became hugely popular on the show and emerged as a fan favourite due to his inability to stop talking about his days in Blazin’ Squad. Now, he is reunited with his old band mates, and they are set to take the Engine Shed by storm alongside 911.
