Gainsborough Trinity boss Russ Wilcox reacted to his side’s Emirates FA Cup draw with Boston United.

The Holy Blues manager felt his team was “robbed” as he described the disappointment of Boston United’s late stoppage time equaliser.

Wilcox said he side have to “regroup and go again” after the positive of putting their name into the hat for the Emirates FA Cup first round for the first time in seven years. However, the negative of Aaron Braithwaite’s controversial late red card and the subsequent goal were overwhelming.

Gainsborough will travel to Boston for the replay on Tuesday night, after their potential opponent is revealed in Monday’s draw. Read the match report here.
