Manager Russ Wilcox praises Gainsborough Trinity‘s “amazing” FA Cup journey, as Harrogate Town end their cup run.

The Holy Blues boss spoke immediately after his side fell 1-0 to a team three divisions above them, talking about the “incredible” support from the more than 1,000 Trinity fans who made the journey north.

“We don’t fear anybody. I think it showed tonight how tight the game was, just that one chance we had with a corner. A well-worked corner, just needed it to drop to Dec [Howe],” he said.

He also spoke about to The Linc‘s Thomas Westcott about the “massive” financial benefits of the FA Cup.
