Conteh joined the club on loan from Bristol Rovers on deadline day of the January transfer window

Lincoln City have announced the loan singing of Kamil Conteh from SkyBet League Two side Bristol Rovers.

The central midfielder joins the Imps having made 26 of his total 73 appearances for the Gas so far this season.

In that time, the 23-year-old has scored two goals in all competitions while also matching that with three assists.

He joined the Gas in January 2024 for £300,000 and made 36 appearances in the third tier with the South-Western outfit.

On top of that, he also has 11 caps for Sierra Leone but now joins Michael Skubala’s side as their fifth signing of the window.

But he has previously represented Watford and Crystal Palace at youth level, before joining Middlesborough and Grimsby Town on permanent deals.

Although the Sierra Leone international did miss the second half of last season with a knee injury in a season where he still managed 22 appearances in all competitions.

Conteh comes into the side after Fin Barbrook was recalled by parent club Ipswich Town after making just three appearances for the Imps.
