Gainsborough Trinity have one game to save their season this weekend as they travel to a Hyde United side that confirmed their safety last weekend.
The Holy Blues currently sit just one point and a place outside the play-offs after looking to be in the driving seat to finish in the top five just two weeks ago.
However, recent losses against play-off rivals Lancaster City and relegation threatened Prescot Cables has now left Russ Wilcox’s side reliant on two other results going into the final day.
If Trinity were to find all three points while Stockton Town and Lancaster both dropped points, then the play-off spot would belong to them.
Although if Gainsborough only managed to gain a point while the other two lost out then the Holy Blues would require Stockton to lose by at least four goals.
Finally if Lancaster were to match Trinity’s result then they would require a two-goal swing in goal difference for the Lincolnshire side to make the play-offs.

Hoping to put an end to their promotion hopes this weekend is a Hyde United side currently sat 16th in the Northern Premier League with nothing to play for.
That came after they confirmed their survival with a 1-0 win over FC United of Manchester which put an end to their hopes of winning the title.
If things were to go Trinity’s way this weekend, then that may be who the Holy Blues were to face up against in the play-offs.
However, things don’t look too positive for the Holy Blues as they haven’t won a game by four goals or more all season so would likely require a further favour from Warrington Rylands in their game against Stockton.
Despite that, they did managed to find the two goals they would require to catch Lancaster last time they face off against Hyde when they won 2-0 at the KAL Group Stadium.
Goals either side of the break from Theo Williams and top goalscorer Johnny Margetts were enough to secure all three points just over a month ago.
Trinity manager Russ Wilcox will be hoping that his side can better that scoreline this time around.
To find victory this weekend the Holy Blues will need to reverse their form as of late having won just two of their last nine games and picking up just three points throughout the month of April.

On that, Wilcox said: “We haven’t had enough goals in the last month, no clean sheet last time out, the problems are at both ends of the pitch.
“We have to be better in both boxes, I’ve said that from day one but there’s nobody else to blame but ourselves. It’s all down to us and so it’s so disappointing.”
The lowest the Holy Blues can finish now is seventh in the NPL which Wilocx said: “You would’ve taken that at the start of the season, with the FA Cup first round and doing well in the Trophy.
“But there is a big but and it’s that we haven’t been good enough in the last half a dozen games.”
On Hyde themselves, the former defender said: “They’re safe now, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing, but we’ll find out.”
“Based on our performance, we didn’t look like a team fighting and scrapping for the play-offs, we lacked a lot of things that we’ve been doing well this season.”
