The award winning songstress Ms Dynamite will be perfoming live in Lincoln on Friday, April 22nd.
Ms Dynamite is perhaps best known for her 2002 hit “Dy-Na-Mi-Tee” but has recently made a return to the music scene by collaborating with Katy B on the single “Lights On”, reaching number four in the charts, and with Magnetic Man on the track “Fire”.
The R ‘n’ B star took a break from the music scene in 2006 following a brawl in a London nightclub for which she served 60 hours of community service. Later that year she was involved in an accident while taking part in “The Race” where she hit a wall at 100mph.
Since then Ms Dynamite has collaborated with numerous artists and has been making her way back into the charts with help from Katy B and DJ Zinc.
There will be support for the hip hop artist in the form of DJ sets from Jay Decibel and Urchins.
Ms Dynamite will be perfoming at Wahoo, on Silver Street, as part of the Just Easter Special on April 22. Doors open at 10pm and tickets are available from £5 and go on sale on Friday, April 1st.
