The first wave of announcements for 2Q Festival, taking place on Saturday 28 October, have been revealed – with T-Shirt Weather singers Circa Waves taking to the stage.

The band, who released their second album Different Creatures in March, join the rock group Peace and indie four-piece Marsicans on the bill.

Ian Evans, 2Q Festival’s Programmer and Director, said: “We are incredibly happy with our line-up so far and the discussions going on to add to this are really positive.

“It feels like the line-up will be great value for the ticket price and we hope that people get on board and come along and discover some new music along with some old favourites.”

A limited supply of early bird tickets are on sale now at £20 (plus booking fee) and can be brought from Gigantic or through the official 2Q Festival website. Students can also buy tickets at a discounted price of £17.50 from the Lincoln Students’ Union.

More information about the festival can be found on their website, and on Facebook and Twitter.
