Alzheimer’s Lincoln will work alongside psychology lecturer Rachel Bronwick and will aim to inform its attendees on the affects of dementia and how they can help.

Since the charity started in 2016, the charity has raised over £1,400 through events like Forget Me Rocks, Elf Day and the Blockbuster Quiz.

Now, they have set the new Dementia Friend 100 Campaign in an effort to get 100 people at the University of Lincoln trained in supporting people with dementia.

By the end of the session participants will be more aware of dementia and be officially trained as a Dementia Friend.

The training takes place between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, and students interested in getting involved can email alzheimerslincoln@lincoln.ac.uk.
