Lincoln City’s LNER Stadium will host a star-studded line up of celebrities in a charity match to raise funds for Lincoln City Foundation’s community based programmes.
The charity football match, taking place of Sunday 10th October, will feature a range of well-known celebrities.
Among the celebrities are internet sensation Chunkz, ex-TOWIE stars James Argent and Dan Osborne, Love Island’s Luke Trotman and more.
TV personality Calum Best, who is also taking part, said: “I love playing in the games at top stadiums and with great crowds which always makes it a special day, the most important thing is we raise vital funds and awareness for the charities.
“We can all play a bit, some other levels to others, but overall that makes it a great game and lots of goals which is what people want to see.”
The match has been organised by Sellebrity Soccer which was launched in 2012 to help charities raise money by arranging all-star football matches across the UK.
The doors to the LNER’s University of Lincoln Fan Village open at 1pm on Sunday with the match kicking off at 3pm.
Ticket prices are £10 for adults, £5 for under-16s and OAPs and £40 for VIPs. These can be purchased from Lincoln City’s ticketing website or via the ticket office on 01522 458884.
