Lincoln City return to SkyBet League One action this weekend, as they face Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday (January 13).

City last played on New Year’s Day, in a 1-0 defeat to Blackpool. Lincoln had their game last weekend postponed, thanks to Shrewsbury’s progression in the FA Cup.

Imps head coach Michael Skubala is hoping to end the seven game winless run that has seen four straight defeats over the festive period.

Opposition: Wycombe Wanderers

The Chairboys currently sit in 16th, three points behind their opposition. Wycombe have had a disappointing season so far, and have only won one of their last 14, a 3-2 win against Bristol Rovers.

Manager Matt Bloomfield took over from club legend Gareth Ainsworth, who spent almost 11 years at Wycombe.

Outside of League One, Wycombe have progressed to the latter stages of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, beating West Ham under-21’s 2-1.

Wycombes last League One game was a 1-1 draw away to Burton Albion, with an equaliser scored by well-renowned striker Sam Vokes.
