LISTEN to Stuart Cunnington’s immediate post-match thoughts as he reviews Lindum Hockey’s debut in the Division One North.
Lindum’s new head coach reflected on both the positives of negatives of Deeside Ramblers’ turnaround victory from a strong first-half to a lack of clinicality on penalty corners. He offered an assessment on the performance of his new recruits, as the Yellow Submarine came away empty-handed in their first game in England’s second tier.
He said: “It was certainly a game with a lot of positives, with the overriding negative being the loss. But, in terms of the performance, which is what I am looking for at the minute, it was good.”
