Imps captain Scott Kerr won Lincoln City’s player of the season award. The Vic Withers Memorial Trophy was presented to the captain before the Imps’ final league game of the season against Aldershot. Kerr pipped top scorer Adrian Patulea, who came runner-up, while giant Hungarian centre back Janos Kovacs came third.
Goalkeeper Rob Burch won the Bill Stacey Memorial Trophy for away player of the season. In his first full season, Burch has impressed with a string of fine performances. The award is voted by the away fans travelling on the Red Imps travel section.
Centre back Moses Swaibu picked up the young player of the season award. The award is voted by the Imps’ management team and has capped an impressive Lincoln career for Moses who joined in January from non league outfit Bromley.
Youngster Andrew Hutchinson was presented with a special award after he became the Imps’ youngest ever Football League scorer.
