With spring just around the corner, February is the last chance (we hope!) to wear all our favourite winter items and on campus, there has been some serious winter style around.
From all varieties of on-trend winter coats, skinny jeans, chunky boots and tights, winter has definitely not stopped anyone from looking great in Lincoln.
Second year Art and Design student Sean was spotted coming down Steep Hill looking laidback-cool. The black parka is a classic wardrobe staple for any man looking to keep warm and Sean keeps the look relaxed and simple with skinny black jeans turned up at the bottom, small Doc Martens and a plain grey sweat-shirt.
Sam, third year Advertising and Marketing student, was in the library channelling Parisian chic in her stripy jumper and skinny jeans combo. The maroon coat and patent shoes ensure she looks super polished without trying too hard, no accessories needed.
Courtney, leaving the main admin building, shows how to stay bang on trend whilst keeping warm this month. Puffa coats have been all over the shops this winter in a variety of lengths and this longer style looks great when worn with statement leggings like Courtney’s tartan ones. The trick is to keep the rest of your outfit simple and let the coat do the talking – wear yours now before it’s too late.
Third year Journalism student Laura was spotted leaving the MHT building looking winter-chic in a grey boyfriend coat. Pairing a jumper over a dress in a combination of complementary colours, thick tights and chunky boots, she’s looking February-fabulous.
