On October 31, the Vintage Kilo Sale will be held once again in the Engine Shed. Returning to Lincoln every year since 2009 since it began, the sale will be bringing 5 tonnes of retro fashion priced solely on their weight.
A kilo of clothing, approximately 4 to 5 items is only £15. Many broke students in Lincoln are excited for the event.
Event organiser Jenessa Williams is looking forward to the event, saying: “We’ve been getting lots of lovely messages from our fans online who are excited to come along which has been great.
We’ll be bringing lots of stock for last-minute Halloween costumes and lots of snuggly autumn wear, plus a few little surprises. Keep an eye out for our street style snappers and local press too!”
The event is open from 11am until 4pm and early bird entry of just £3 is available until noon. General entry after then is only £1.50 and all entry fees are payable at the door.
Jenessa said: “We always bring plenty of stock so nobody should leave disappointed even if it is a super busy day.
We’re really looking forward to meeting the new intake of freshers especially – shopping with us is a great way to inject some new looks into your wardrobe without blazing through too much of that student loan.”
Around 1,000 people are expected to turn up this Halloween and as it is the only Vintage Kilo Sale in Lincoln this year, make sure you don’t miss it.
