Blackboard back online and IT staff investigating after another technical issue
The University of Lincoln’s IT department are investigating a technical issue which caused Blackboard to be temporarily offline this morning, it has been revealed.

The University of Lincoln’s IT department are investigating a technical issue which caused Blackboard to be temporarily offline this morning, it has been revealed.
Students have been unable to access Blackboard this morning, with the site going down just two days after it was declared as being ‘stable and performing well’.
Blackboard is now ‘stable and performing well’ after continuous technical issues, Deputy Vice Chancellor Julian Free has confirmed.
Blackboard is to be taken offline early tomorrow morning for ‘an upgrade which will enhance the system’s capability’, it has been announced.
