Blackboard back online and IT staff investigating after another technical issue
The University of Lincoln’s IT department are investigating a technical issue which caused Blackboard to be temporarily offline this morning, it has been revealed.

The University of Lincoln’s IT department are investigating a technical issue which caused Blackboard to be temporarily offline this morning, it has been revealed.
Students have been unable to access Blackboard this morning, with the site going down just two days after it was declared as being ‘stable and performing well’.
Julian Free, Deputy Vice Chancellor, has said that Blackboard is now performing as expected, despite the site remaining in a ‘test state’.
Vice President for Academic Affairs, Tommy George, has emailed students advising them how to proceed while the status of Blackboard remains intermittent.
